Landry's Baptism

May 21, 2017 Landry made the public profession of her faith in Christ!  The day was so very special and even more of a delight than Landry had envisioned.  Landry has been dreaming and talking about what it will be like on the day she is baptized!!

She was greeted that morning with gifts and balloons from us at home, received cards, flowers, gifts and candy from friends and family at church, was treated to lunch at Harper's and felt very loved and supported.  Many friends, family and influential people in Landry's life made this special event in Landry's life a priority.  We are all so very grateful for the lives who have poured into Landry to come alongside us as her parents to continue to grow Landry into the lady God has planned.  Thank you!

Jensen Huitsing prayed for Landry before Jeff Bradsher baptized her (his first baptism).

4th Grade at Greensboro Academy participates in Recorder Karate.  As songs are learned through out the school year, students earn the colored belt representing the difficulty of the song.  Of course it becomes a competition between students and Landry embraces it with enthusiasm.  She crushed it of course and she, along with 2 other students, finished all the song challenges on the same day.  At the end of the year, the class performed a few of the easier pieces together.
